Where is the hex tile from?
The matte white four inch hex porcelain tile was purchased from All Natural Stone. Not sure of manufacturer but was labeled AA400.
Where did you get the stacked ledger stone on the fireplace? Brand?

The stacked ledger stone is Silver Gray purchased from Terico of San Jose. They are local and source own stones so not a national brand.
Where did you get the reclaimed wood mantle. I'm in San Jose.
The reclaimed wood mantle is from Heritage Salvage, 1473 Petaluma blvd South, Petaluma, CA. Also have used Lumber Baron, 500 Cleveland Ave, Albany, CA for reclaimed wood projects.

Is there a hearth at the base of the fireplace / ledger stone ?

Sorry missed Katstrat question. There is not a hearth on fireplace. The exterior paint color is Benjamin Moore Platinum. I find it to be a perfect exterior medium gray color. It sits nicely between warm and cool.
